Job Description:
A company is looking for a Scrum Master Advisor to lead and
coach agile teams in software delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Lead agile teams in delivering software solutions for core
administration platforms
Advocate for teams with Agile Release Train leadership and external
stakeholders, resolving blockers and managing dependencies
Facilitate team ceremonies to promote teamwork, innovation, and
continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
Prior experience as a Scrum Master, Tech Lead, or Project
Manager
Working knowledge of agile principles and experience in a Scaled
Agile environment
Experience supporting production systems and compliance needs
Experience in a fast-paced team setting with relevant metrics and
controls
Familiarity with routine delivery management and reporting tools
like Jira
