Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate People Partner to drive
employee engagement and support the HR agenda.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with HR business partners to optimize organizational
structures for employee engagement
Provide coaching and consultation to employees in specific
functional areas
Participate in aligning HR policies and initiatives with strategic
objectives
Required Qualifications and Education:
1-2 years of overall working experience in an international
company
Hands-on HR experience (0.5 - 1 year)
HR-related studies
Common understanding of labor legislation and HR best practices
High level of English knowledge
