User Experience Researcher II

Bluehawk Consulting is seeking a User Experience Researcher II to
support one of the world's largest online travel shopping companies
for consumer and small business travel.
Project Overview
Our client is seeking a passionate and experienced User Experience
Researcher II to join their team. In this role, you will focus on
understanding the needs and behaviors of both B2B partners and
travelers to inform the design and optimization of travel
advertising solutions. You will play a key role in providing
lodging supply partners with best-in-class tools and leveraging
data to add value and extend partner reach. You will work closely
with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers,
and engineers, to ensure products meet user needs and drive
business goals.
Their mission is to create seamless, engaging, and effective
advertising experiences that connect businesses with their target
audiences and enhance the travel journey for consumers. They

products. As a team, they focus on a drive for providing strategic
insights and actionable product and design recommendations.
Responsibilities
Design and conduct qualitative and quantitative user research
studies, including usability testing, interviews, surveys, and
ethnographic studies.
Analyze and synthesize research findings to generate actionable
insights and recommendations for product and design teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate user insights
into the product development process.
Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices
within the organization.
Prioritize research methods and questions based on project
constraints and opportunities.
Manage multiple projects, balancing agile approaches with in-depth
investigations.
Ensure the quality and accountability of user research within your
area of focus.
Estimate work effort and define deliverables for research
projects.

Salary Range for this position: $112,000 - $124,000
