Sales Assist Lead

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Sales-Assist Lead to drive customer engagement and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

Own and achieve aggressive sales targets for closed deals
Teach and mentor sales-assist team members to enhance their performance
Analyze sales practices and improve existing processes and team structures

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in achieving aggressive growth targets
Experience in high-growth environments, particularly in customer success or operations
Strong management skills with positive referrals
Bonus: Experience in product-led growth or channel partner growth motions
Bonus: Background in American industries such as agriculture, trucking, or construction
